Bobcats Gear Up for Action-Packed Week

FAIRFIELD, Ill. — A full week of action is on tap for Frontier Community College Athletics, as the Bobcats compete both at home and on the road across Region 24 play.
The week begins on Tuesday, April 7, as Bobcats Baseball hosts Lincoln Trail College at FNB Field, with first pitch scheduled for 3 p.m. Meanwhile, Bobcats Softball travels to Carterville for a doubleheader against John A. Logan College, beginning at 2 p.m.
On Thursday, April 9, Bobcats Baseball returns to FNB Field to host Olney Central College, with first pitch set for 3 p.m.
Action continues on Friday, April 10, as Bobcats Softball travels to Canton, Illinois, to face Spoon River College in a doubleheader starting at 12 noon.
Saturday, April 11 features a busy slate, with Bobcats Baseball traveling to Olney to take on Olney Central College at 12 noon. At the same time, Bobcats Softball hosts Wabash Valley College in a doubleheader at Southwest Park in Fairfield, with first pitch scheduled for 12 noon.
The week wraps up on Sunday, April 12, as Bobcats Softball hosts Shawnee Community College in a doubleheader at Southwest Park, beginning at 12 noon.
