Bobcats Softball Releases 2025 Fall Schedule

Frontier Community College Athletic Director and Head Softball Coach, Jeremy Ellis, has announced the Bobcats Softball 2025 fall schedule. The team kicks off action today at Deaconess SportsPark in Evansville, Indiana, with a pair of evening contests—facing Oakland City University at 4 p.m. and Kaskaskia College at 6 p.m. Play continues at the same location on Saturday, September 27, when the Bobcats take on the University of Southern Indiana at noon, followed by Rend Lake College at 4 p.m.

The fall slate features several competitive matchups across Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. On Sunday, October 5, FCC will travel to the University of Evansville for a doubleheader against the Purple Aces at 1 and 3 p.m. A week later, on Saturday, October 11, the Bobcats face Oakland City in another doubleheader at North High School in Evansville, with first pitch set for noon and 2 p.m. The following day, FCC visits Kentucky Wesleyan for a 1 and 3 p.m. doubleheader.

Bobcat fans will also have a chance to catch the team in Fairfield. FCC's lone home appearance of the fall season will be Saturday, October 18, when they host Oakland City University at Southwest Park. The doubleheader is scheduled for 12 and 2 p.m. The fall schedule wraps up on Saturday, November 1, when the Bobcats travel to New Albany, Indiana, to face IU-Southeast in a doubleheader at 1 and 3 p.m. (Eastern Time).

All Bobcats softball contests this fall are scrimmages and will not count toward the regular season record. However, they provide valuable competition and preparation for the spring. Fans are encouraged to attend and support the Bobcats throughout the fall slate. Please note all games are weather permitting.
